Hotel LN Courtyard

When we arrived, the booking.com confirmation was not showing up in their system. However the management team was courteous to accomodate us at the same price and terms while they located the confirmation. It was managed in a stress free way, what could have been a stressful situation. The Amex POS was not working / online for some reason at the time of check-in. Unlike other merchants in India they did not force me to make alternate method immediately. Later that evening (post comfortable check-in) was able to settle the payment smoothly. Again, good presence of mind to manage a sometimes sticky situation Great rooftop bar and restaurant that overlooks the lake. Decent food, and atmosphere + decent selection of craft beer + other spirits. Location is great, and was 10 minutes from the school we needed to get to. Will surely consider again during next visit to Ajmer

Excellent accommodation and customer service

Very helpful and friendly staff who do their best to attend to the needs of the guests. Limited parking available in front of the hotel. Good water pressure in the bathrooms. Rooms are on the smaller side.
